about LORENA
My work is rooted in a simple understanding: people do not thrive in isolation.
We are shaped by the relationships we cultivate, the environments we inhabit, the stories we tell ourselves and the ways we learn to meet life's challenges.
Over the years, through building businesses, leading teams, creating experiences and navigating my own seasons of growth and reinvention, I became fascinated by a question:
Why do some people flourish while others slowly lose themselves?
Again and again, I noticed that transformation rarely happens through willpower alone. It emerges when the conditions are right.
When people feel supported.
When they reconnect with themselves.
When their environment reflects who they are becoming rather than who they have been.
When their nervous system has enough safety to explore, create and grow.
Breathwork became one of the most powerful tools within this exploration. Not because it fixes us, but because it helps us return to ourselves. It creates space beneath the noise, beneath the pressure and beneath the expectations we carry.
Yet true transformation extends beyond any single practice.
It lives in the quality of our relationships.
In the support systems we build.
In our ability to trust ourselves.
In the choices we make every day about what we nourish and what we release.
This understanding became the foundation of AMART3.
A space dedicated to human transformation through what I call Personal Ecology: the relationship between our inner world, our environment and the people we choose to build our lives alongside.
Through coaching, somatics and transformational experiences, I help people identify what is draining them, strengthen what supports them and create the conditions for sustainable growth.
Not by becoming someone else.
But by reconnecting with who they have always been beneath the noise.
Because when we create the right conditions, change stops feeling like a struggle.
Growth becomes a natural expression of who we are.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Maria Lorena Isola is the founder of AMART3, a transformation studio dedicated to breathwork, experiential practices and personal development.
Before founding AMART3, she spent many years working in creative direction and experience design within the events and hospitality industry, designing environments that bring people together through music, culture and shared experiences.
Her curiosity gradually moved toward the inner dimension of human experience, exploring how breath, awareness and environment influence emotional and psychological states.
She is a certified Relationship Coach, SOMA Breath® Instructor and Somatics & Energetics Practitioner.
Currently training as an International Life & Business Coach with Suzy Ashworth, she continues to deepen her work in emotional intelligence, relational dynamics, self-leadership and the inner shifts that create lasting transformation.
Through AMART3, she facilitates coaching, breathwork journeys, workshops and experiential programs that support individuals and teams navigating moments of growth, change and inner realignment.
A Personal NoteFor me, transformation is not about becoming someone else.
It is about creating the conditions that allow us to become more of who we truly are.
Again and again, I have witnessed that when we slow down enough to breathe, listen and pay attention, something profound begins to shift. Not through force, but through awareness. Not through striving, but through reconnection.
What emerges is often not a new version of ourselves, but a deeper relationship with the wisdom, resilience and intelligence that have always been there.
That is the intention behind AMART3.
A space for reflection, transformation and growth.
A space where people can reconnect with themselves, strengthen what supports them and create lives that feel more aligned, sustainable and fully their own.
Because when we nurture the right conditions — within ourselves, our relationships and our environment — change becomes less about effort and more about possibility.
With love and quiet power,
Lorena (Lolo)
