about LORENA
My work is rooted in a simple understanding: there is nothing fundamentally wrong with us.
Much of what we struggle with does not come from life itself, but from the ways we have learned to relate to it — through beliefs, emotional patterns and stories often held in the body as much as in the mind.
Over the years, working with people and designing environments for collective experiences, I began to notice something consistent: rhythm, attention and the spaces we inhabit profoundly influence our inner state. When these elements shift, perception softens and something essential becomes accessible again.
Breathwork sits at the heart of my practice. Not as a method to fix ourselves or push for constant optimization, but as a doorway back to presence. A place where the nervous system can settle, the body can exhale and insight can arise naturally.
Like many meaningful paths, this work did not emerge from theory alone. Life, as it does for all of us, brought moments of intensity, uncertainty and transformation — experiences that invited me to pause, listen and meet reality with greater presence.
What revealed itself again and again was simple: when we allow ourselves to stay with life as it is, without resistance, something begins to soften. What once felt heavy can become a source of growth, clarity, resilience and self-trust.
AMART3 was born from this understanding.
Through years of embodied exploration — breath, movement, meditation, creative expression and deep listening — I came to recognize that much of what limits us is not truly real, but learned.
When we release what no longer serves us and allow the nervous system to unwind, our natural intelligence reorganizes itself.
Through AMART3, I design journeys and experiences that invite people to pause, soften and reconnect — transforming the way they relate to themselves and, in turn, to the world around them.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Maria Lorena Isola is the founder of AMART3, a transformation studio dedicated to breathwork, experiential practices and personal development.
Before founding AMART3, she spent many years working in creative direction and experience design within the events and hospitality industry, designing environments that bring people together through music, culture and shared experiences.
Her curiosity gradually moved toward the inner dimension of human experience, exploring how breath, awareness and environment influence emotional and psychological states.
She is a certified SOMA Breath® instructor and is currently completing her training as a relational therapist, deepening her work in emotional intelligence, relational dynamics and human development.
Through AMART3, she facilitates breathwork journeys, workshops and experiential programs that support individuals and teams navigating moments of growth, change and inner realignment.
A Personal NoteFor me, transformation is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering what is already present beneath the layers of stress, expectation and conditioning.
Again and again, I see that when we slow down enough to breathe, listen and feel, something essential reorganizes itself.
That is the intention behind AMART3.
A space where people can pause long enough to reconnect with their own inner intelligence — and allow life to unfold with more clarity, resilience and ease.
Much Love & Positive Energy,
Lorena
